今日我專門嚟到呢間金蘭花去一嚐,呢到係一間泰國菜餐廳,但我今次嚟到就只係試佢既海鮮我分別點左佢地呢到好出名既明爐烏頭魚鍋同泰式鹽燒鰂魚,佢地既魚都烹調得好出色,原條魚上、份量又足夠,三至四個人食都夠,泰式鹽燒鰂魚係用海鹽淹製再攞去烤,烤既時間同火力剛好,皮脆肉嫩,魚皮脆好有口感,而魚肉夠軟又入味另外明爐烏頭魚鍋都好出色,酸中帶辣,利用配料令魚既腥味辟走晒,而魚鍋入面仲有啲酸梅粒,輕輕帶點甜,而且又香,亦好入味除左魚仲試左佢地既炒青口,夠香辣惹味,食到我地口不停啼,值得一試!!
