To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約左2個朋友係中環食午餐見下面，見呢間的食評幾好所以去試下，我地叫左4款點心同埋半只雞1個菜同蛋白炒飯。和牛千絲酥～很特別似個手袋。XO醬煎肠粉～ xo醬平均布滿每一個腸粉的表面，xo醬味十足。脆香貴妃雞～有D似鹽焗雞，外脆內嫩，招牌菜果然值得推介。整體十分不錯。
