Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

💜酸辣米線：蟹籽包心丸 炸醬個湯底岩岩好 唔會太酸 本人都幾中意 湯底有腐皮芽菜韭菜同豆卜 份量都唔少 叫左小辣 都唔會好辣 佢地個蟹籽丸唔同平時出面買果啲 比較偏身 但好彈牙 仲會爆蟹籽！炸醬有好多肉燥 調味方面都幾特別 味道偏重口 🧡麻辣米線：滷大腸 腩肉非常麻辣嘅湯底 一黎到已經聞到好大陣麻味 岩晒中意麻味既人 腩肉好有趙口 滷大腸冇咩滷水味 不過都好味 💛尖椒皮蛋整體正常 醬汁都幾咸 一定要配面一齊食 但皮蛋都好香好味 💚麻香雞雞肉偏鞋 調味方面都偏單調 只有咸咸地既味道 但勝在夠多雞肉
