早排已經食過一次十三姨,俾佢個雞絲撈飯深深咁吸引住,今次決定再黎回味一番。呢間餐廳常常爆滿,不過呢排疫情就少啲人排隊,我今次平日七點入座都唔需要排隊就直接入到去。大三元個人最中意呢個雞絲撈飯,配合蔥花同埋炸蒜,成碗飯好香好下飯,唯一就係有啲油膩。糖心蛋就正常發揮,雞叉燒肉質都算幼嫩。但係我會覺得再濃味少少會好食啲。炙燒雞叉燒湯陽春麵呢一款本身係米粉,朋友轉左陽春麵。湯底覺得係用新鮮雞炮製而成嘅,唔似出邊嗰啲味精湯。至於個陽春麵我覺得就一般,同平時喺超市買返嚟嗰啲白掛麵煮出嚟口感差唔多。椒鹽魷魚鬚雖然佢包住一層麵包糠,但係炸出嚟成條魷魚酥係霖身的,唔脆。個人覺得麻麻地。
