To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日下午五點半第一次去,按openrice提供的地圈尋找,結果係錯的,因相差一個街位,靠近元洲街並非青山道。一碗鹵肉麵加一碗淨雲吞,雲吞先到代表非即煮,最慘湯熱而雲吞微溫,不算熱,餡應可以,要注意。鹵肉是切成幾小片,可以一大片的話就口感好好多。臨走買盒乾竹昇麵,話煮十五秒過冷水,再煮斗五秒便食得,結果唔得,再煮一分鐘後淋冰水後用辣肉醬撈麵,幾好。會再試。
