To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都幾鐘意食沙嗲王既白咖哩，白咖哩一直是沙嗲王最受歡迎既，經過見到廣告牌有間「(沙嗲王)白咖哩公司」，主打白咖哩，所以就衝去左試。餐牌上都有唔同既款式肉加白咖哩，另外竟然可以選擇白椰菜花取代飯，係生酮朋友既好選擇。下午茶時間較平$48左右，但份量是輕型的，所以我選擇了正常份量試一試先白咖哩漢堡扒$72 加 飲品及雞翼$22漢堡扒偏淋身，似超軟身肉餅，不過不失味道可以，另外配有溫泉蛋撈白咖哩汁好食飯用上珍珠米，軟硬適中🍚一讚配上白咖哩汁很快食哂碟飯。飲品點了凍烏龍茶，就是像一般樽裝無糖烏龍茶一樣。坐既環境都舒服，但冷氣超凍🥶
