To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五晚上堂食大概6點幾，半滿叫左以下幾款：小籠包 ～ 皮薄多湯汁，滿足可以睇圖數下幾多摺，我掛住食冇數 紅油抄手 ～ 可能因太多野食，隔左陣先輪到食佢，浸到有啲咸，後尾食唔落 炸饅頭 ～ 睇圖可見佢係上炸下仍然白色，覺得可減低油膩感，不錯，很香很熱。我地二人為左衛生，麻煩店員比多碟煉奶我地，方便各自翻點，佢地都肯，冇額外收費 炸素春卷 ～ 欣賞！一向覺得春卷冇肉更清更好食 花雕醉雞翼 ～ 正常拍青瓜 ～ 清香雞絲粉皮 ～ 正常黑糖棗皇糕 ～ 即叫即蒸需等10分鐘，夠熱夠棗味，口感煙韌，欣賞小店佈置有良心仲有到會服務有機會都會支持下不過唔知香港人幾時可以開party？
