To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 旺角返工,常常都見到華星總是有很多人在店外等位。想食這間店好耐,今晚機會終於來了。等朋友收工8點半,試下去看看有無位,正,只是坐半滿,兩個人即入去,餐牌款式不算太多,以一個未食過的我們,穩妥的選了常餐。常餐跟餐有炒蛋/煎蛋,多士,叉燒通粉及餐茶,我們另加炸薯條。多士同平時茶餐廳的好不同,包焗到兩面金黃,熱辣辣,內裏保持鬆軟,食得出製造者的心機,炒蛋很滑,味道佳,不會炒得太老,真的不知幾耐無食過這麼好味的炒蛋,感動中……忙住食,忘記影叉燒通粉,同是有心機的食品,無論是湯(濃郁),叉燒(肉質很淋,富豬肉味),一口通粉夾著肉,很滿足的感覺。我們兩個人,邊食邊說,點解咁好味,回想起,是我們食得太多沒質素的東西吧。香港有好多有心的食店,等大家發掘同推薦給公眾!總體來說,店舖裝修簡單,但食品絕對是一流好食,價錢合理,值得一推!

總體來說,店舖裝修簡單,但食品絕對是一流好食,價錢合理,值得一推!
