To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎左星月樓食下午茶，唔算好多人，係地下拎左票，佢叫我地上3 樓，上左3樓見到張4人台想坐低，個侍應又話唔可以坐呢度，叫我地坐另一邊，去到個邊，另一個侍應又話唔坐得，之後落左2 樓坐。叫左幾碟點心，等左15 分鐘先有，等等下見到另一枱既客人催單，叫侍應跟跟，個侍應罵返佢轉頭，話要等等架喇，嘈左好耐，全場靜哂睇佢地嘈交 🙄啲野食係熱嘅，又好食，但是要等好耐囉，侍應態度又差，下次真係要諗下黎唔黎，4個人下午茶$300
