To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有朋友近半年轉為素食者,於是到處試素食餐廳。這間位於登打士街,非常方便!當然少不免有扮肉的菜式,例如口水雞、咕嚕肉、西湖牛肉羹等等,讓非素食者都吃得很開心。幾樣「仿雞」菜式特別好味,有雞絲的層次感,又十分入味。最驚喜是甜品,名字很難讀 - 「欒樨餅」!甜甜的、「煙煙un un」,作為最後一樣菜式,令人回味!唯一,如果服務員不要太趕收工,會食得更開心!

當然少不免有扮肉的菜式,例如口水雞、咕嚕肉、西湖牛肉羹等等,讓非素食者都吃得很開心。幾樣「仿雞」菜式特別好味,有雞絲的層次感,又十分入味。

最驚喜是甜品,名字很難讀 - 「欒樨餅」!甜甜的、「煙煙un un」,作為最後一樣菜式,令人回味!

唯一,如果服務員不要太趕收工,會食得更開心!
