To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢個幾辣,食一舊唔食.

手拍青瓜海蜇,兩樣嘢都爽,算幾辣但幸好有甜味.

招牌蜜汁叉燒,全瘦叉燒,但口感鬆軟,蜜汁味道又夠,就算冇燶邊都好好食.

味道: 5分

6. 套餐中嘅香煎花姿餅
OK正常冇問題.
味道: 3分

7. 套餐中嘅糖醋懷舊咕嚕肉
外脆,酸甜味啱啱好,好食.

8. 酥炸白飯魚
雖然冇椒鹽味,但幾好食,炸粉唔厚.
味道: 4分

9. 套餐中嘅鮮蝦炸春卷
顏色同樣炸得好靚,脆口,內裡蝦仁爽口.
味道: 3.5分

10. wasabi貓耳朵
貓耳朵爽口,wasabi同豉油調到啱啱好,有wasabi味但唔辣,超好食.

11. 蝦餃皇
大大粒,正常冇問題.
味道: 3分

12. 原個椰皇燉燕窩8個
女同事MW一坐低就話要落單,因為每次食完飯落單係冇.由於多咗,咁我就試一個啦,

菜苗係白菜,野菌夠腍,啖湯清淡,唔錯.

我覺得炒得唔夠乾,仍濕潤,呢個普通冇問題.
味道: 2.8分

15. 套餐中嘅蟹籽燒賣皇
又係大大粒,正常冇問題.
味道: 3分

16. 套餐中嘅豉味蒸鳳爪
好夠腍同入味.
味道: 4分

其他:
開頭叫咗兩種茶,普洱同壽眉,見到前者顏色好深,唔敢飲就飲後者,點知澀,咁大家叫多壺水仙,我都轉飲水仙.
