To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日難得假期，同fd行左成日街，即刻上網睇下附近有咩好嘢食，見到附近有間個名叫紅煮意都幾得意，就決定去試下，去到原來係間樓上舖，環境整體都幾舒服，餐牌都算多選擇。我就叫咗個炭燒紐西蘭西冷牛扒套餐，仲可以揀幾成熟，套餐就跟杯餐飲同有個湯（可以揀沙律）我就叫嗌左杯凍檸茶解膩清爽一流，而個白汁蘑菇湯又香又滑，我今次就試咗個7成熟，個牛扒煎得剛好、外焦里嫩，肉質緊實得黎又唔會太韌，配上燒汁同芥末更別有一番風味，仲有兩塊薯餅。整體黎講對於我呢啲唔係經常食牛扒即人黎講呢個價可以試到咁即牛扒絕對值得一試😍
