前一排幫襯過尖沙咀一間上樓炸串居酒屋,食完好回味,心思思決定今日再去。居酒屋氣氛當然好,一坐低就開始飲 Sake,叫咗支熟悉嘅品牌‘作’,英文字母就有唔同嘅代表意思。留意牆上黑板嘅即日推介多咗一啲串燒,同店員傾開,因為發覺香港人如果全部都係食炸嘢,會覺得好熱氣,所以要加番啲串燒。咁我都幾同意呢個方向。前菜叫咗南瓜沙律,雞泡魚乾,酒盜芝士同埋日本赤崎真蠔,當係開下個胃先,又可以送吓酒。特別係個日本蠔,爽口鮮甜,海水味濃郁。跟住就嚟咗啲串燒,包括有雞腎串,雞芯串,大蔥雞肉串,鹽燒牛舌。初頭諗住店舖原本係主打炸物,而家做串燒得唔得㗎,試完之後又都OK喎。但調味方面就略為淡咗啲,可能師父係希望我哋食到食物原本嘅鮮味啦,咁但係香港人食慣濃味,覺得可以再鹹多少少。炸串方面就揀咗日本門鱔,洋蔥仔,蓮藕夾蝦餅同埋山藥。都係上次冇試過嘅款式。日本門鱔炸得啱啱好,入邊仲有肉汁,加少少鹽調味就Perfect。洋蔥仔鮮甜,山藥爽口,藕餅中間夾住蝦肉一齊炸,爽口又有肉香。唔覺唔覺已經飲咗兩支Sake啦,因為大部份食物都係好好下酒。最後再加西班牙黑毛豚肉豬肋條同鹽燒日本A4和牛西冷。豬肋條應該係用煎嘅方法,令到四

炸串方面就揀咗日本門鱔,洋蔥仔,蓮藕夾蝦餅同埋山藥。都係上次冇試過嘅款式。日本門鱔炸得啱啱好,入邊仲有肉汁,加少少鹽調味就Perfect。洋蔥仔鮮甜,山藥爽口,藕餅中間夾住蝦肉一齊炸,爽口又有肉香。
唔覺唔覺已經飲咗兩支Sake啦,因為大部份食物都係好好下酒。

最後再加西班牙黑毛豚肉豬肋條同鹽燒日本A4和牛西冷。豬肋條應該係用煎嘅方法,令到四面超香脆,而咬落去入邊有彈性又有肉汁。

A4和牛西冷油份嘅豐富,簡直就係咬落去嘅時候有啲油從嘴邊流出。後來叫師傅加啲Wasabi俾我哋夾住一齊食,咁就平衡番啲油膩感。

最後都冇食任何澱粉類但已經超飽,總結一吓飲咗三支Sake,最喜歡嘅係千秋龍脈大吟釀,因為佢嘅甜酸度碳酸感方面都平衡得非常好,飲到最後一滴都冇剩。
有時就係因為居酒屋嘅氣氛同埋夥計嘅熱情,唔覺唔覺就飲多咗,不過聽日都放假,盡興啲又有咩所謂🤪
