To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這一間西餐廳新開才兩三個月,裝修不錯,於是趁農曆新年未開工,去試一試。點了芝士肉醬千層麵配薯條,及炸魚柳蛋蓋飯。千層麵賣相100分,芝士夠多,又夠熱,用叉一吉,可以見到芝士流出黎。芝士味夠濃,又唔會太鹹。著條炸得夠趣。蛋蓋飯就相對遜色,飯太多水,但魚柳夠趣,蛋亦夠滑,茄汁不太酸。不過只有茄汁及黑椒汁可選,如果可增設洋蔥汁或其他汁就更好了。套餐包飲品,點了檸蜜,甜甜地又有檸檬肉。熱奶茶就正常水準。餐既份量看似不太大,但原來食得好飽。職員都十分友善、勤快。不過衛生有待改善,入坐時見到枱面有水積,似乎上手食客離開後未有抹枱。

,芝士夠多,又夠熱,用叉一吉,可以見到芝士流出黎
