To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上環一向都多野食又多野睇,今日難得放假入港島,搵左間一向都多人嘅餐廳食下個叉燒飯。小店環境有少少逼,不過唔影響。建議早少少黎食,因為餐廳每日嘅食材都有限量供應自家製叉燒先忌廉豬骨湯通粉配炒蛋多士 4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋 $56叉燒都多片,個忌廉豬骨湯飲落都幾香幾濃。通粉煮得ok。另外仲有塊多士同炒蛋,炒蛋好嫩好香。自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯 $62滿滿嘅滑蛋,叉燒份量正常唔會太薄。滑蛋炒得夠嫩滑唔會太熟,日本雞蛋個蛋味特別香。自家製叉燒口感正常,肉身唔會好肥亦都唔會好柴口。熱奶茶茶走 愛爾蘭咖啡杯愛爾蘭咖啡有少少酒味,飲落都幾特別
