Fujian Hot Pot Stir-Fry Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為同事話未試過福建菜，所以特登黎哩間試下。四個人亂咁叫餸，叫左十幾樣食到最後食唔落。最後埋單每人都係百幾蚊，真係好抵食。啲野食又幾好味，特登個五香雞卷，外皮炸到好脆，配埋入面啲馬蹄，食落口感好正，第一推介係哩味送。另外個土芛凍，如果敢食既人都可以試下，食落口好爽。至於其他，其實都唔差既，不過整體都比較重口味，食過一次之後要隔一段時間先可以再試。
