最近朋友介紹左一間銅鑼灣新開的日本餐廳俾我, 襯住最近有空閒時間就同好友去左幫襯. 一入門口已見地方非常四正整潔, 而且基本上全是吧枱位.  上得黎食就一定係揀OMAKASE啦! 先黎三個小前菜:  金黃色的海膽豆腐味道甜甜地, 口感滑嘟嘟; 新鮮海蔘配上橙肉,稻穗子同埋蘿蔔蓉, 口感豐富味道清新, 白子蒸蛋都唔錯, 白子的表面用火灼過,所以有淡淡焦香, 而個蒸蛋口感不但滑, 蛋香&菌香味都好足. 右口魚卷蔥 + 右口魚卷符皮面豉 + 醬燒黑鱸魚  右口魚刺身啲肉質有少少結實,味道較清爽甜,唔會好濃郁的感覺。 右口魚卷細蔥味道非常清新;而右口魚卷符皮面豉味道就比較濃郁,係另一種風味。 醬燒黑鱸魚的口感都幾滑漏彈牙, 醬汁味道剛剛好唔會太鹹. 醬汁燒八爪魚 燒白子  八爪魚軟腍入味,甜甜地味道都唔錯。白子本身冇咩太多味道清清地,口感軟綿細滑。 海膽魚籽杯  外型非常精美,海膽魚籽都好新鮮,海膽仲好鮮甜tin… 純菜冇咩特別味道,但口感都唔錯,滑嘟嘟。  蒸鮑魚口感都幾軟腍入味,再配上特製的"飽魚肝醬",鮑魚的味道更加濃郁鮮美。最後有剩的飽魚肝醬仲可以配上飯團,完全唔會浪費

 蒸鮑魚口感都幾軟腍入味,再配上特製的"飽魚肝醬",鮑魚的味道更加濃郁鮮美。最後有剩的飽魚肝醬仲可以配上飯團,完全唔會浪費。

 呢個季節啲秋刀魚都幾肥美肉厚,刺身肉質都彈牙兼食落滿口油香。而鹽燒秋刀魚都唔錯,燒得幾香,肉質唔會太老。

 鹽燒鰹魚原來係夾住块炸蒜片,所以食起黎既有蒜香味又有火灼香味,層次豐富;
而另外的用豉油醃過的豉油浸鏗魚味道都唔錯,口感軟滑仲有淡淡的豉油味。
食完魚後仲可以食埋果幾块只有二十日便收成的醃 “大根”, 口感爽又味道清清地,可以清一清味蕾。

香廂蟹

 香廂蟹原來就係雌性的松葉蟹。師傅事先已經將蟹籽蟹肉同埋蟹膏拆出黎放入蟹殻,方便食兼啖啖肉。蟹肉味鮮又帶香橙的清新。

 白蝦壽司, 帶子壽司, 針魚壽司, 金目鯛壽司, 野生鰤魚壽司, 馬糞海膽壽司 & 吞拿魚腩件壽司
只係睇外型都知道係非常新鮮. 每一件都係咁肥美鮮甜, 質素非常高, 讚!

 熱辣辣的立魚湯,味道鮮甜又唔會太鹹,仲有粒粒的新鮮元貝仔。

 入口有淡淡的茶香又唔會有苦味,口感好滑奶味好香,又唔會太甜喎,真係非常好味。
唯一的缺點就係太細杯份量少左啲,如果份量大杯啲就更完美啦!
