前幾日同個朋友去開銅鑼灣突然好想食川菜,就搵左呢一間上樓嘅四川菜食嘢。餐廳唔係好大,好簡單嘅裝修,以紅色為主好配合川菜嘅風格, 格調亦都比較高級。我哋就點左個雞絲海蜇$63 ,蔥爆安格斯牛肉$128 ,仲有半份嘅酸菜石斑魚$228。雞絲同埋海蜇都好新鮮,加左少少嘅麻醬你都唔會太咸,青瓜絲切到好油方便你夾來食?蔥爆牛肉,味道有少少似回鍋肉,調味唔會過鹹,安格斯牛肉好新鮮,可以睇到佢嘅油花好均勻京蔥切到個大小啱啱好,食落好有拗口。而最期待嘅主角出場啦,就係呢個酸菜石斑,之前都食過酸菜魚,但應該唔係石斑做嘅,而呢個就加左半隻好大條嘅石斑落去。肉質非常之新鮮應該係活生生咁切落去,酸菜魚裏面有辣椒,薯粉,芽菜,酸菜,酸蘿蔔,非常之豐富,唔會煮到過熟同過酸。
