To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天較閒少少,使心思思想搞吓嘢,食餐好D的午飯,便約幾個同事到三姐聚吓、蛇吓、、、一坐定,啊姐己送上鷄脚例渴一小碗,看來都好夠火候,但一入口就只可讚一聲”靚味精水”。心己涼了半截啦。隨便叫了5個小菜,真系叫做小菜,好精緻,又見牆上貼咗三姐同法蘭西美食家合照,帶頸牌,叫人以為在法蘭西餐餐廳食飯。1. 一大個勺的砵酒鱔球,只見勺底幾件鱔片,每人都算可試一塊,報紙都己話鱔的合法供應量不足啦,收貸啦。2. 再來一勺咖哩牛尾,牛尾就每人都分到两塊、、但完全冇咖哩味,好像剛淋下勺勺吓就上盤。3. 份椒鹽鮮魷,一夾起己有點甩皮甩骨。4. 份蒜蓉炒菜心就、、、好彩見到一二粒蒜蓉,不然以為來錯了白灼菜心,份量每人也有三條。一行五人,五份小菜,五小碗白飯,免費贈送五份谷氣,共$252。三姐果然好,好過去搶!
