星期天到龍脊行山後,就順道乘巴士入赤柱逛逛。用餐地點還未有心水,打算周圍看看再作決定。在我心目中的赤柱,較多外國人的聚集,然而大部份的餐廳價錢算是高水位,經過PINOT DUCK門口,看到menu價錢也算合理,主要是鴨的菜式,已經很久沒吃鴨的我深深被吸引著走進去。正在商討吃什麼前,店員就提議先喝杯cocktail慢慢研究~Pinotini $90,主要有vodka、香檳、菠蘿汁等等,第一下感受到是較重酒味,隨之後是菠蘿味,而朋友說酒味雖濃,但很快就散去。Fresh Grape Mojito $90Mojito的變奏版,加入新鮮提子原素,內裡有Cachaca 51 rum、薄荷、青檸等等。呷一口是微甜的提子香味,而且還吃到提子肉,而酒香就隨後散發出來,恰到好處,這就正正合我口味。以我所見PINOT DUCK是主理中式fusion菜,大部份的菜式主要是鴨,我點的全部也有鴨,當然甜品就不是吧XD鴨絲酸辣湯 $68質地適中,不稀不厚,有嫩滑鴨肉絲、冬菇絲等,味道辣中帶酸,相當開胃,我們吃得津津有味。北京填鴨荷葉包 $68我覺得鴨肉最有代表的菜式是北京填鴨,然而只有我們2人總不能點北京填鴨半隻吧

我覺得鴨肉最有代表的菜式是北京填鴨,然而只有我們2人總不能點北京填鴨半隻吧,還好PINOT DUCK有小份量的菜式選擇,能滿足口腹之慾。
以點心籠上檯,賣相看上不俗。
