To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好hea咁飲茶

今日早上上完堂，真係唔知去邊度食好啦。我地一行十人就去左呢度飲茶，因為好以吹下水之餘，又可以食到好飽。呢個真係重點，而且十個人仲有七折。由放太多野食，所以只係講印象深既點心啦。燒雞米線有一窩米線同半隻燒雞，食得出係有雪味既。不過隻雞算幾大隻，米線份量又幾多，可以啦。燒賣都幾足料既，蝦好新鮮，又幾好味。牛肉球呢個都幾好，好有牛肉味，又夠大粒。仲想點呀。奶皇包依舊好食既，好香滑同好重奶皇味。十年如一日。楊枝甘露好唔得，感覺係稀如水，下次都係唔好叫。記得既都係咁多。都算唔錯既，十個人除開都係三十幾蚊，真係好抵。
