To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日星期日見咁耐冇飲茶,諗住稻香咁出名走食點心,全部好難食,有一碟直程要取消。包點先生同唐記包點仲好食過佢。但係員工問三問四,永遠叫人招呼都好難。原隻燒賣:嗰啲燒賣皮,係黑色嘅蒸到過晒龍,炸雲吞:較為正常,但係啲蝦唔爽牛肉:好實咬下去,最難食的點心。叉燒包:正常豬肚雞扎:正常鳳爪: 皮乾似隔夜唯一可取之處就係,-入去有位。員工態度差。估不到集團式都甘。好彩淨係叫咗六個點心。失望!隔離是譽居不知道是否更好。有自動沖水機,是比較令人滿意的一環。

服務態度極差,不論是端菜上桌、叫侍應拿外賣盒時、叫侍應埋單時,侍應態度比大牌檔還惡劣,還要收取加服務費?!食物上桌時只是微溫,味道不過不失,今天是星期日也坐不滿,難怪了,這樣的酒樓誰會再來。

職員埋堆傾計,無人服務。張椅有油漬,部長純粹攞紙巾抹下算,追問有油㗎喎,有無濕布抹下,佢就發晒晦氣換過張椅;上菜的態度又惡劣,把菜「丟」落枱。問啲職員攞野等勁,啲職員淨係埋堆傾計。啲野食又難食,個龍蝦上湯伊面勁咸,炸子雞炸到過晒火。成間店就好似啲食客欠佢錢咁。無下次。

琴日我哋一家人去咗青衣稻香食飯,諗住開開心心食餐飯,我哋一共6人去,竟然俾張四人枱我哋,仲要係對正廚房,嘈到呢!簡直不能言喻,我哋要求轉枱啦,個侍應個樣極不滿意,最後我哋自己搵張大小小的枱嚟坐,又係個侍應,俾啲新餐具我哋,直接掟過嚟,仲要開錯掣,開咗火鍋爐個掣,然後我哋自己放個熱水壺上去張枱布,最後燒燶埋,叫個侍應黎,佢個樣直頭好似我哋欠左佢咁,搞咗成八個字先算係坐定,嘢食就不過不失,但服務態度直係完全吳掂,再係咁樣,遲早執笠

帶著兩個小朋友到酒樓打算舒舒服服食個晚餐明明已經沒有幾檯客 上飲料超慢 上菜更甚 點了龍躉 要三十分鐘以上才上 更是我們多次提醒才上 不知是否漏單想再多點小菜 侍應也沒有告知last order時間 跟我們說廚師收工走了最後吃了一肚氣 屢次被催促埋單 但是卻沒有單 要我們帶著兩個一歲三歲小朋友找單明明說給我們折扣 信用卡也扣數了 然後說計算錯了沒有折 其他侍應不停詢問我們是否埋單 感覺就像我們走數了 請問現在餐飲業是這樣做生意的嗎? 想不到一個大集團會有這麼差的體驗
