今日去了荃灣悅品酒店的Cozi Lounge。點了燒三文魚南瓜沙律、三文魚籽珍寶帶子菠菜忌廉汁扁意粉和炸軟殼蟹冬陰功汁闊條麪。沙律的南瓜是用糖煮過,但個人基因已經決定不鐘意食羽衣甘藍的苦澀。Jumbo帶子燒得剛剛好,又入味,但意粉相對普通。站在闊條麪上的炸軟殼蟹幾photogenic,但意粉只有冬陰功的辣,酸甜味卻很淡,口感亦比較乾。餐廳坐位闊落,地方潔淨,如其名感覺cosy,適合king訴心事。就是酒店位置比較難reach。
