To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到電視廣告,最後抵不住誘惑又試了.叫完等了一陣有得食.鑊仔牛柳煮得過熟超韌.還有最大弊病無牛肉味,真是如同嚼臘.飯話係用珍珠米,我唔識分係唔係.不過,飯煮得勁硬,看來這個餐真是要好牙力的人才可以吃呢飲品沒有加6元要大檸樂,改了加9元要楊枝甘露,隻杯肥肥地幾可愛,入落去完全唔得,勁多碎冰,又無乜芒果,芒果味當然欠奉,沒有太多芒果,柚子又唔爭氣同樣地少,兩樣最重要的也缺欠,試問又怎會出到一杯好的飲品呢這個鑊仔牛柳雖然唔係貴,只是味道真是稍差,不吃也不是損失呢
