話說有幾個朋友都問過我,呢間喺我屋企附近嘅神川日本料理得唔得,因為佢哋上網見到話餐廳可以做平民Omakase,幾百蚊都有交易,豐儉由人。於是呢晚自己一於去試吓當dinner。餐廳環境非常細,我九點先去到,老闆同人吹緊水,我以為已經打烊唔做生意。原來唔係,佢即刻好熱情招呼我,之後下刪3000字就係關於佢講可以做Omakase啲嘢。食物價錢中中等等啦,唔太平但又唔太貴。焦糖玉子燒,價錢偏貴,因為份量唔多,而且成本好平,連明太子或者蟹肉都冇就收呢個價錢。不過係幾特別嘅,至少我冇喺其他地方見過,如果我冇記錯佢話概念源自Creme Brûlée。味道係成晚最好味。軟殼蟹牛油果沙律,呢個就唔多掂,軟殼蟹沙律嘅精華所在就梗係軟殼蟹啦,但啲軟殼蟹勁碎濕濕,又冇肉,層天婦羅皮就多。如果唔係我自己點菜,我唔會食得出係軟殼蟹囉。呢個真係唔推介。海膽辣三文魚TATA飯,UM,首先呢個飯份量都幾少,而且壽司飯比較笠身。辣三文魚辣味就幾夠嘅,但出事係啲海膽,因為腥嘅,吞落口簡直要塞住個鼻先呑得落,需要勇氣。所以當試過佢嘅海膽之後,我就知道如果要來呢度食廚師發板,絕對係嘥鬼氣,如果只係想比幾百蚊食嘅話,不如去返啲正

焦糖玉子燒,價錢偏貴,因為份量唔多,而且成本好平,連明太子或者蟹肉都冇就收呢個價錢。不過係幾特別嘅,至少我冇喺其他地方見過,如果我冇記錯佢話概念源自Creme Brûlée。味道係成晚最好味。

軟殼蟹牛油果沙律,呢個就唔多掂,軟殼蟹沙律嘅精華所在就梗係軟殼蟹啦,但啲軟殼蟹勁碎濕濕,又冇肉,層天婦羅皮就多。如果唔係我自己點菜,我唔會食得出係軟殼蟹囉。呢個真係唔推介。

海膽辣三文魚TATA飯,UM,首先呢個飯份量都幾少,而且壽司飯比較笠身。辣三文魚辣味就幾夠嘅,但出事係啲海膽,因為腥嘅,吞落口簡直要塞住個鼻先呑得落,需要勇氣。所以當試過佢嘅海膽之後,我就知道如果要來呢度食廚師發板,絕對係嘥鬼氣,如果只係想比幾百蚊食嘅話,不如去返啲正宗啲嘅食午市廚師發板好過啦。既使老闆係用心經營小店,但咁嘅質素收人幾舊水做Omakase,真係不敢恭維。
