To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日經過太子,突然想食燒味,咁啱見到前面有一間,所以就去咗呢度食,見佢有啲舊式燒臘舖咁,以為味道可能會好食過隔離廣東燒味餐廳啦,點知好失望,而且燒肉飯仲要成$60冇得揀腩仔😞即刻諗起元朗同自己公司樓下嗰間,尤其元朗,食過嘅腩仔飯好正,都唔使$40。食評話好食嗰啲,我估應該係叫咗腩骨例牌,但係如果只係想食燒肉飯,千祈唔好去呢度食,一來貴,二來啲燒肉好似煲湯豬肉咁又啖又乾,塊皮仲要唔係硬就係淋嘅,好似同佢哋賣啲冇人吼嘅部位嚟食咁。唔知道係咪呢類舊式燒臘店都係咁,腩仔留返嚟做例牌同外賣,因為我都試過喺其他燒臘店買燒肉飯,佢哋都係又貴又冇燒腩俾你揀,真係難食過酒樓外賣$30盒嗰啲,酒樓外賣燒肉飯起碼都有脆皮同腩仔吖。已black list。
