依家每個月都有幾間以各樣名目新開嘅鮨店,想信大家都中過伏,今次我就試咗以師承米芝蓮二星廚嘅師傅主理,打住米芝連二星旗號嘅 Sushi Kei ,lunch 十二貫只係$498 ,如果真係俾到日本高級鮨店服務,同壽司, 絕對係超值! 我係為咗「師承北海道米芝蓮二星廚師五十嵐信幸的峻師傅主理」 尼幾隻字去試,所以Book 位時特別要求當日希望坐峻師傅主理嘅位,最後用餐當日係安排到峻師傅,峻師傅為人健談,用餐氣氛唔錯十二件壽司中我個人最鐘意墨魚師傅用咗少少炭鹽提味、伊佐目、輕輕火炙過喺深海池魚、同唔多lunch omakase 食到嘅野生拖羅。Sushi kei 確實可以食到出面比較少omakase 會比嘅食材本身Sushi Kei 係值比好評,可惜太多細微地方扣分只可以俾OK , $498 我覺得係可以接受,但完全唔可以用米芝蓮級數去比較,雖然峻師傅比我之前食過嘅壽司師傅算中上,但喺改魚同握功,都未到日本高級水平所以扣咗少少分 ,另外$498 只係比亂排平價海膽扣少少分, 服務方面雖然佢哋好有熱誠,但明顯唔係well trained 又扣分,加上相信有唔少人都預到,佢哋booking 好混

本身Sushi Kei 係值比好評,可惜太多細微地方扣分只可以俾OK , $498 我覺得係可以接受,但完全唔可以用米芝蓮級數去比較,雖然峻師傅比我之前食過嘅壽司師傅算中上,但喺改魚同握功,都未到日本高級水平所以扣咗少少分 ,另外$498 只係比亂排平價海膽扣少少分,

服務方面雖然佢哋好有熱誠,但明顯唔係well trained 又扣分,加上相信有唔少人都預到,佢哋booking 好混亂,坐位空間有少少迫加上師傅們喺大陪份客人仲未食晒已經用洗潔精清洗準備午市落場(未夠三點),正常都係收拾食材、刀具等,客人未食完就已經用洗潔精清洗刀具廚具真係少見,因為好影響用餐中客人嗅覺,相信大家可能都聽過,日本有啲師傅甚至唔俾客人噴香水
