To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚巿禁堂食已開始,這幾天一直發現家𥚃的電梯充滿着濃郁的煲仔飯香 ... 嗯,這晚在樓下買外賣,原來是這個😋 ...這紙盒的設計確是一絕,煲放在𥚃面,盒子摺疊後中間有足夠空間隔熱,但又不需多餘紙皮,回到家飯還是熱的,喜歡的話,還可以把煲放在灶頭加熱,風味依然。飯底也確是做得不錯,夠乾爽,還有微燋,挺香的,可是那“臘腸滑雞”就失色了,那像鼻涕一樣厚的汁,像漿糊把那幾塊雞黏在一起,難道這埋東西是煮熟後放上去的嗎?如果它們是在煲𥚃蒸熟的話,汁應該已滲入飯中,不會還是一埋芡纏繞在雞上,既不好看,又沒有口感。

這紙盒的設計確是一絕,煲放在𥚃面,盒子摺疊後中間有足夠空間隔熱,但又不需多餘紙皮,回到家飯還是熱的,喜歡的話,還可以把煲放在灶頭加熱,風味依然。
