To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一星期幾日都會去大快活食早餐,因為實在太方便,食完仲可以即刻喺門外坐巴士去返工。講返呢度嘅早餐,味道還算不錯,沙嗲牛肉通粉味道可以接受,煎雙蛋煎得恰到好處,餐包鬆軟度尚可。整體來講,呢度嘅早餐質素中等,但勝在方便,適合早上趕時間嘅人。🍜🍳🥐🚌

今次試咗沙薑雞配紅米飯,真係好滿足!沙薑雞嘅味道非常出色,雞肉煮得剛好,肉質滑嫩,沙薑醬汁香氣四溢,帶有一絲微辣,十分開胃。每一口都能感受到沙薑嘅獨特風味,搭配上新鮮嘅香蔥,更加提升咗整道菜嘅層次感。紅米飯則係一大亮點,米粒粒粒分明,口感韌性十足,仲帶有淡淡嘅香氣,十分健康,係白飯嘅絕佳替代品。兩者搭配得相當好,沙薑雞的醬汁滲入紅米飯,令人食得津津有味。

一個簡簡單單嘅下午茶, 黎大快活真係啱曬一定要放第一黎講嘅係佢嘅豬仔包, 整到外脆內軟, 外面香脆, 內裏軟熟, 加埋佢少少蒜蓉, 本個香味已經提升唔少。如果再額外拎多一包煉奶醬, 咁就絕對Perfect。麥味燒雞翼, 外面蜜糖味香香味甜, 少少燶邊嘅香味, 熱辣辣咁樣上碟, 認真好味。反而呢條珍寶腸就普普通通啦, 雖然好外皮都爽脆但味道普通, 勝在夠熱上碟。最好呢一個下午茶餐點解要講吓佢送嘅呢杯凍綠茶, 無糖茶, 茶味香, 夠解膩, 識咁樣配搭認真抵讚

在荃灣開工,最方便快捷的下午茶餐,當然是大快活。我點左H05公司脆豬包(雞肉、煙肉、煎蛋及芝士)配熱華田$28,脆豬包的配料豐富,味道不錯,我喜愛每層每層的食,好享受每種食物的味道,好飽!

晚巿禁堂食已開始,這幾天一直發現家𥚃的電梯充滿着濃郁的煲仔飯香 ... 嗯,這晚在樓下買外賣,原來是這個😋 ...這紙盒的設計確是一絕,煲放在𥚃面,盒子摺疊後中間有足夠空間隔熱,但又不需多餘紙皮,回到家飯還是熱的,喜歡的話,還可以把煲放在灶頭加熱,風味依然。飯底也確是做得不錯,夠乾爽,還有微燋,挺香的,可是那“臘腸滑雞”就失色了,那像鼻涕一樣厚的汁,像漿糊把那幾塊雞黏在一起,難道這埋東西是煮熟後放上去的嗎?如果它們是在煲𥚃蒸熟的話,汁應該已滲入飯中,不會還是一埋芡纏繞在雞上,既不好看,又沒有口感。
