To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實如果唔係為左快,真係好少會去食快餐嘅,總感覺快餐做嘅食物都係無乜heart囉,果然真係!點了招牌嘅咖哩牛腩飯,可惜有點失望。先說說白飯啦,白飯是有點涼涼的,同埋有少少生硬咁,仲有飯焦嘅,我只能說係我唔好彩,唯有將所有咖哩汁都撈晒,希望可以淋返啦!咖哩汁係無問題嘅,但係牛腩就出事了。牛腩係非常難咀嚼的,而且真係好大件,想咬開又難,要用刀叉切開,而且牛腩係無味嘅,既無咖哩味又無牛腩味,都真係幾灰嫁希望會有改善啦
