To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日有人book左場搞婚宴, 好彩七點到仲有位, 八點d人就要等下啦口痕想食大閘蟹, 又唔想食得多, 去酒樓一人一隻可以滿足到我。XO醬小炒王($68) 夠味蝦朝好香又大隻, 可食d韮菜花有部份老, 腰果似回過鍋漏少少風 脆皮咕嚕肉($65) 好味, 啖啖肉唔鞋口肥豬肉唔算太多 大閘蟹($38一隻) 同其他酒樓比佢都ok, 好似同富臨比, 稻香好食d今次係讚係服務, 個個都因為有婚宴忙到踼晒腳, 但都服務周到落單時叫晒餸之後我叫埋白飯, 姐姐叫我一陣先叫, 驚我d飯凍晒, 餸黎左我黎遠揮手, 又係呢個姐姐見到我, 佢黎遠勁好笑容示意兩個白飯幫我落單好醒目吖
