To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收工黎到呢間妹妹推介的雲南米線食lunch。叫了小鍋米線小酸小辣走青及芽菜，加了豬女最愛的豬紅及腩肉。湯底味道調得很正，米線不會太淋，軟硬適中，配上湯底一起食，很好味。豬紅也很新鮮，沒有豬除，而且也很滑。腩肉有少許辣，味道很不錯，也不會太肥。另外做緊優惠叫野食送豆漿，還是要加3蚊，忘記了。豆漿豆味不是太重，甜度適中。
