To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨天家姐個囡百日宴, 訂左荃灣美心. 7:15PM去到, 已經有好多人, 枱的座位好迫, 我們有十三個大人, 張枱迫到一條上菜的空位也沒有. 齊人就起菜啦. 先嚟一碟生炒排骨, 點解細碟左咁多, 再嚟片皮鴨, 細碟的鴨, 一籠皮, 醬一碟, 冇啦, 家姐問仕應那些蔥及青瓜有沒有, 仕應說依家咪俾你, 態度已經不友善. 再嚟係翡翠花姿蝦仁, 又係好細碟, 一碟黑松露醬脆皮上素卷,只係得八件, 我們係一圍, 起碼有十二件吧, 我們一路食一路討論點解D餸細碟左咁多的, 又唔夠分, 鴨皮只有六塊, 問仕應可否要多一籠鴨皮, 佢話你地個餐係咁多架啦, 要另外加錢, 咁我地就加左一籠皮啦, 但越食越唔對路, 問仕應究竟呢個餐係咪十二人一圍的餐, 她竟然答係呀半圍六人呀麻.....我們訂的是十二人一圍,唔係半圍, 她話咁我叫廚房補番果半圍俾你啦. 然後繼續來那半圍的菜, 馬上叫他們叫廚房停止再出半圍份量的菜給我們, 我們要完整一圍的份量. 那些仕應只是不停說那負責落單的在廚房跟進中. 過了一會兒, 那負責的四眼男仕應生定部長定甚麼走過來跟我們說已經幫我們跟進, 會補回那半圍給我們, 我們問他那片皮鴨

過了一會兒, 那負責的四眼男仕應生定部長定甚麼走過來跟我們說已經幫我們跟進, 會補回那半圍給我們, 我們問他那片皮鴨是否也要補回, 他說片皮鴨是一隻的, 冇得補, 那麼叫半圍及一圍都係一隻鴨, 咁點解要叫一圍呢?? 還不停的說甚麼補給我們, 又完全沒有悔意, 只是不停的找藉口推搪, 家姐要發火鬧佢, 先說那麼再送一隻片皮鴨俾我地. 這樣就是美心大集團的服務, 水平真的這麼高嗎?!完全唔掂, 一堆仕應係度, 但我們一大圍十幾人, 難道十幾人食六人份量不會覺得出奇嗎?!只可以說真的係失望, 混乱. 有沒有培訓員工呢?

講番食物. 片皮鴨好細隻又肥, 麻麻地, 冇咩肉食, 加錢的涼瓜炒鴨架, 麻麻地, 好多醬汁, 好結, 又唔係好有味.
那碟蝦仁都好味, 蝦仁好大及好爽口的, 花枝片都薄身OK
黑松露那個素卷, 我唔知原來有黑松露係入面, 一D也食唔出呀, 仲有呢個卷太多肥, 多油, 唔夠乾身, 入面配料係笋及甘笋都OK好味的
蟲草花豬展燉響螺湯好甘, 都好多蟲草花的, 好多雞腳.
鮮鮑扣花菇, 鮑魚細細隻都好味的, 冬菇都爽, 下面好多生菜
大鱔, 我一般啦, 賣相都OK,成條的
那個上海浸豆苗, 好味, 有一些芋頭粒, 南瓜粒
生炒骨都好好味的, 夠香口, 夠廋, 菠蘿夠甜
珍珠南瓜露, 一般, 我麻麻地, 好重奶味

其實不知道是否做緊推廣定還是其它原因, 全晚都好多人, 但D枱就迫到死, 服務又唔係專業. 都是一句, 食物再好, 沒有好的服務也是徒然的.
