To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一開始拉麵熱潮係由中環個間細細間既豚王興起,記得當年唔一早12點幾去排定隊,過左2點lunch hour 都未有機會食到。到近年唔同的拉麵鋪興起,豚王亦都開左分店,豚王拉麵熱潮開始減退,不過lunch hour 去食豚王,仍然係要等半個鐘架,不過無去幾個月,豚王終於學曉了派飛等位,而唔係齋企排隊,真係太好啦。平時我會點豚王,因為最鐘意佢既豬骨湯底。今日見新出限定的蕃薯湯底,就試下新款啦。佢係豚王湯底上再加上蕃茄蓉,咪道ok, 但又未至於非常好食必試之作。不過久不久試下新口味都可以有d 新鮮感既。其實,近年咁多貴價既拉麵新貴,我仍然覺得豚王賣$100 樓下一碗,係維持到品質水準。
