To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近這半年因想嘗試減食澱粉質，我和老公也少了去食壽司，但最近去完位於V Walk 嘅壽司廊後，好想再尋找返「元氣壽司」的味道，所以就和老公再去我哋喜愛的青衣城「元氣壽司」食番餐!這間壽司店長期都有很多捧場客，適逢今天是星期五晚，我們大概晚上6時許到達，由於時間尚早，我們等了大概十分鐘就有枱，好快有位呀!由於都有一段時間冇幫襯，入到店內，見到佢哋轉咗內部裝修，店鋪變得colorful咗，卡通化咗!入座後，我們急不及待掃QR code點食物，見到佢地個menu好開心，因為實在有好多選擇，而且在不同時令就有不同季節限定，好吸引呀! 問心而論，小妹真心覺得「元氣壽司」好食啲! 不論魚生質素、食材新鮮程度、款式選擇，都是非常有水準! 特別是凡立貝、酥炸生蠔、燒鰻魚、油甘魚、吞拿魚、牡丹蝦、燒牛肉、飛魚籽、軟殼蟹、蟹膏蟹肉等等。。。好好味呀!不過，其中有一款新出的玉子燒蟹柳壽司就一般般喇，玉子燒和蟹柳硬軍軍，好似整左好耐咁，令我哋有啲失望囉!但整體來說，元氣啲壽司係好味和新鮮的! 到今天仍有咁多fans支持，的確係有「元氣壽司」的成功原因! 食完今餐後，小妹會儲下quota先，好快再嚟食
