To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說海港城嗰間翡翠拉麵小籠包執咗之後,我就懷緬咗佢嘅小籠包大半年,今日喺黃埔比我見到間翡翠江南,即刻彈咗入去。諗都唔諗就嗌咗我嘅至愛《翡翠小籠包》,《女兒紅醉雞》,《甜酸小排骨》和《酸辣海鮮湯麵》。上菜速度唔差,20分鐘左右Order已到齊,而且賣相幾靚。先講講小籠包,依舊即叫即蒸皮薄餡靚D肉汁又多又熱焫親我條脷;甜酸排骨擺落去酸辣湯度浸浸之後再食會別有風味。然而,令我最驚喜嘅係佢嘅醉雞,因為用紹興女兒紅,所以雞肉帶甜但又有小小鹹,而且非常入味,值得一試。其實仲想嗌多D,例如:《豆沙鍋餅》和《銀絲卷》…但太飽食唔到,唯有等下次。最後,我睇到佢嘅下午茶餐牌,點心+拉麵$48/$68 真係超低,可惜只限星期一至五...囉!
