To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日我去咗大喜屋食佢哋嘅日式放題,餐廳最近喺自助區推出咗唔定時嘅乳豬、叉燒、燒腩仔同埋大閘蟹,實在吸引得不得了。每樣都色香味俱全,令人一試成主顧。首先,乳豬嘅皮脆肉嫩,咬落去有種酥脆嘅口感,配上特製醬汁,令我忍唔住再返多一碟。叉燒則甜中帶鹹,肉質鮮嫩,令人食得停唔落口。燒腩仔嘅肥肉同瘦肉比例恰到好處,咬下去時令我感受到肉汁爆開,真係唔可以錯過。而大閘蟹就係另一個亮點,新鮮到不得了,蟹肉鮮甜,肉質緊實,搭配少少醋,味道更添層次感。每一口都係滿足,真係食到心花怒放!最令我驚喜嘅係佢哋使用嘅海膽,全部都係正宗嘅日本海膽,味道濃郁,質地滑溜。無論係單吃定係配飯,都係一個極品享受。餐廳仲有超多唔同嘅食物選擇,從刺身到壽司,再到各種炸物,真係應有盡有,完全可以滿足不同口味嘅食客。
