呢道打卡同樣幾靚,因為之前掃左街仲飽緊,所以叫唔道太多野食,配搭同煮法同鳥語一樣新穎,不過感覺鳥語會勝一籌~ 雖然見網上既評價都唔錯,但今次試既味道方面麻麻地,唔知其他菜式會唔會好啲。話說呢道無birthday plate,不過有box cake,如果想慶生打卡既都不妨試下,呢道既打卡指數都算高~(5 😍 係滿分,🤩係半分)原隻軟殼蟹黃金鹹蛋蝴蝶粉 🦀️ (好味指數:😍😍😍)— $138蝴蝶粉好好食~ 個醬唔係平時食黃金蝦嗰種金黃起沙既質地,而係幾creamy既卡邦尼汁,跟住再有啲鹹蛋黃粒,食既時候咬開就會有少少起沙既感覺,可能呢個係西式同中式煮法既唔同,不過都好好,蝴蝶粉又好掛汁,汁都夠杰身!不過軟殼蟹拉低左唔少分數,蟹好大隻,不過食得出唔係咁新鮮,雖然咬落都鬆脆,但係食到有少少油溢味,睇得出炸粉下面既蟹喺色澤上已經係黑黑地色,而唔係平時既橙色,如果唔係個蝴蝶粉拉翻高個分,應該會唔合格...紫薯蛋餅配鮮奶麻糬 (黑糖漿) 🍠🥛 (好味指數:😍😍😍🤩)— $68蛋餅厚左啲,都算酥香,紫薯味道算幾出同香甜,鮮奶麻糬口感軟滑,有少少煙韌,係台灣奶奶麻糬既質感,再加埋甜甜地既黑糖漿~ 呢幾種配

蛋餅厚左啲,都算酥香,紫薯味道算幾出同香甜,鮮奶麻糬口感軟滑,有少少煙韌,係台灣奶奶麻糬既質感,再加埋甜甜地既黑糖漿~ 呢幾種配料都係宜家流行既,原本應該係想俾人耳目一新既感覺,不過夾埋一齊就唔係好夾,未至於撞味,只係做唔到互相襯托,感覺係同時食緊唔同既料,而唔係一個襯出蛋香既台式蛋餅,只算係普通港式手抓餅,同埋如果能夠做到蛋餅熱而麻糬凍既口感會更豐富同有驚喜!
