To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期天, family day, 同父母出去飲茶是家庭樂事. 父母二人打算去看傢私店, 我便順道地提議去沙田飲茶. 而上次舅母帶他們來過娛樂城新開的富臨, 順著老人意, 由老爸帶我來飲茶. 正所謂同子來多, 同父來少.....呢次, 我就係跟父親來......(同子來).中午, 爸見有特價飯, 便一口氣叫了一碗叉飯同雞飯. 之後便是一些普通的點心, 叉燒腸, 鮑汁鵝掌, 千屠腐皮卷同一籠蟹粉小籠包. 中午同家人飲茶, 樂的不是佳餚美食, 而是一家歡聚.叉飯同雞飯, 富臨的味部質素不錯, 切雞, 雖然俾我地既只是翼同背, 骨多過肉, 但切雞, 是沒有醃製過的, 最多過一過鹽水. 在沒有以上之襯托, 此雞, 是有味道的, 皮又光又滑, 肉質雖是普通但最重要....是有雞味. 而叉燒, 燶燶地, 哎落又是外層脆脆的, 蜜糖果然沒有少放, 雖不比那些專業既燒臘檔出品, 但已經近乎...呢間富臨既燒臘師傅, 值得我們一讚.點心又是怎樣呢?? 腸粉就比較失望, 唔夠滑, 叉燒餡形同無物, 不合格. 其他的, 沒有一個不好, 先說篤掌, 鮑汁味道當然鮮味過蠔油, 鵝掌, 難得的食落沒有粗鞋的感覺,

點心又是怎樣呢?? 腸粉就比較失望, 唔夠滑, 叉燒餡形同無物, 不合格. 其他的, 沒有一個不好, 先說篤掌, 鮑汁味道當然鮮味過蠔油, 鵝掌, 難得的食落沒有粗鞋的感覺, 腳也能嫩滑...相信我是撞彩吧..不過我欣賞的, 是鵝掌下面既柚皮, 柚皮夠厚, 而且吸滿哂鮑汁同鵝掌既精華, 正所謂妹仔大過主人婆, 柚皮, 比鵝掌更好食更吸引.

千層腐皮卷, 此千層腐皮卷不是炸物, 而是蒸物. 三磚極似臭豆腐的東西, 起初真的以為呢個腐皮卷是夾了少許臭豆腐的. 不過, 食落只是形似, 腐皮一層層的, 層層又淋, 又分明, 完全沒有粘在一起...考不考功夫就唔知, 好唔好食就一定知....而答案...當然是好啦.

最後, 是蟹粉小籠包, 這裡特價, 收特點價錢, 同燒賣同價. 感覺上, 好似小籠包抵食D, 所以即改. 出來的小籠包. 熱騰騰的, 皮下有著充滿蟹黃的汁. 啖啖香, 不過食唔慣既人可能會覺得腥味重少少. 裡面肉粒也有蟹香. 好食又抵食. 富臨既蟹粉小籠包, 值得一推.

地方不錯, 娛樂城雖舊, 富臨能在舊樓中, 弄出一片新氣色, 是瀝源禾輋的福氣.
