一向做開飲宴嘅彩福,原來點心同晚飯也有水準。上次試過師傅煮龍蝦嘅功夫,今日就再探索其他招牌菜。佐敦分店睇落無荃灣咁多套餐,咁就唯有散叫,今晚點左呢個懷舊金獎叉燒,何為金獎,相信就在於叉燒外層嘅蜜汁,緊緊掛在叉燒,一齊送入口內甜甜嘅燒烤味好正,外於個人比較喜歡半肥瘦嘅質感,所以下次能夠做到肥瘦適中就更加金獎接住就係上次試過嘅南乳脆皮雞,發覺半隻唔夠喉,所以今次直接點一隻,可惜有點過火,但南乳汁依舊惹味。雖然龍蝦無做優惠,但我就點左上湯焗海中蝦伊麵底,蝦肉新鮮,肉質彈牙,而且彩福嘅上湯焗一向好岩我口味,所以有8分再黎清蒸沙巴龍蠆班,感覺一般,無特別嘅驚喜。帶子海鮮什菜煲,平時食飯都中意點度菜,呢個什菜煲用料豐富,相當下飯。

接住就係上次試過嘅南乳脆皮雞,發覺半隻唔夠喉,所以今次直接點一隻,可惜有點過火,但南乳汁依舊惹味。
