To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 彩福特色片皮鴨
 因為行開了一會,錯過了店員熟能生巧地把鴨皮切片的精彩表演。但回來的時候,看到這個片皮鴨擺盤非常精美,在巨型的木架上,左右兩邊擺放了鴨型設計的碟子,上面盛載著片皮鴨。在木架的正中間擺放了兩籠的薄餅。薄餅前擺放了京葱蔥青瓜條。當然傳統的食飯是把片皮鴨、°京蔥和青瓜條放在薄餅上,再塗上甜麵醬,包裹好卷起再享用。片皮鴨比較瘦身,皮薄香脆,甚少油膩感。青瓜條和京蔥更使味道豐富和添加爽脆口感。

冰鎮南非鮮鮑魚 伴胡麻醬沙律菜
五頭南非鮮鮑魚給端上的時候,擺盤比較簡潔。雖然驚喜大減,但是鮑魚鮮甜可口,爽彈軟稔。沙律菜配上胡麻醬,青翠碧綠,鮮甜解膩。

金銀蛋汁浸菜苗
品嚐了一輪佳餚盛宴之後,我們點選了家常便飯,清膩時蔬作句號。金銀蛋即使鹹蛋和皮蛋,鹹蛋味道鹹香,皮蛋味道濃厚。菜苗青翠碧綠,濕潤爽脆。

總括而言,店員專業細心,菜餚時令美味可口,真是三五知己聚餐和婚禮設宴的好地方。
