To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

媲美名古屋的滑蛋雞肉飯

今日和朋友相約較晏，一睇鐘已經係下午茶時間，就入左丼丼屋食個晏午餐，下午茶餐種類唔算多，但基本的刺身，牛，鰻魚，雞肉都有一款，最吸引我嘅當然係滑蛋雞肉丼，而朋友叫左個牛肉丼，另加左芝麻雞翼，滑蛋雞肉丼賣相極好，蛋唔老，雞肉明顯有烤過嘅味道，令我回想起上年係名古屋時食過嘅滑蛋雞肉丼，如果以為滑蛋雞肉飯嘅雞肉唔需要味道，真係大錯特錯，烤過嘅雞肉令丼飯倍添色彩！配答滑蛋，真係食指大動。芝麻雞翼即叫即炸，黎到熱辣辣，咬落皮脆，芝麻又香，非常惹味，下午茶黎仲唔洗等位，讚！
