To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去完日本依然非常想念日本美食，今日與媽媽再度品嚐正宗且優質的日本美食作為午餐，非常開心呢！我們去了鑽石山荷里活廣場的丼丼屋，店內裝潢別緻，滿滿日式感！食物也有很多選擇🥰今日點了期間限定春日海鮮餐目 #春之什錦海鮮丼和特選系列 #鰻魚豚肉生薑燒飯，送餐上枱時真的很吸引！我點了春之什錦海鮮丼定食集六款時令新鮮海鮮，包括燒鰹魚、鯛魚、三文魚腩、吞拿魚、特大赤海蝦及三文魚籽，海鮮豐富又鮮甜😍，配上日本產米飯，啖啖香甜軟糯！定食還配上鮮味十足的「兵庫縣產湯霜牡蠣」、麵豉湯、副菜、甜品及熱茶，超級豐富超值！媽咪點了鰻魚豚肉生薑燒飯定食，鰻魚肥美🥰豚肉嫩滑，少食日本菜的媽媽都話好好味😋，和細佬仔一齊清晒！丼丼屋分店眾多，好多間都鄰近港鐵站或大型商場內，想試都很方便😊👍
