Restaurant: Pasta And Oyster House (Millennium Court)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友聚舊o既日子,見新開張,所以就選擇試吓1) 首先點了個大蝦凱撒沙律,大蝦超新鮮,D醬汁好好味,味道啱啱好,於是好奇咁問個廚師有無得買,佢話係自己調校,所以無得買架,真係可惜,仲諗住 買番樽返屋企自己整添.2) 焗蒜蓉法包,超脆,好好味呀,真係一個人都可以食晒成碟:3) 焗甄肉薯皮,好多甄肉,薯皮勁脆,好味4) 澳洲生蠔,肉質彈牙,好新鮮,好過好多所謂o既大酒店。5) 芝士焗西蘭花,好大碟,好多芝士同西蘭花,正!!!!!!6) 虎蝦扒墨魚汁麵,真係好大隻虎蝦架,個個都爭住想食,虎蝦都係超級新鮮,墨魚麵有少許辣,啱晒鐘意食辣o既人.試過上面幾樣o既菜式,全部都好好食呀,仲好食過貴價酒店果D呀,材料感覺好新鮮,味道一流,一定會再去幫襯架
