大家有否發現,走輕鬆路線的法式 Bistro,意式餐廳愈開愈多,現在食客大都喜歡不太拘緊地享用美食嘛!其中一間意菜輕鬆小店就是位於尖沙嘴「I Square」三樓的 「Carpaccio」,主打「Mama Taste」,不是說「媽咪麵」。。。而是可吃出簡單傳統意式風味的菜式。「Calamari Fritti,Lightly Battered Deep-fried Calamari with a side of Marinara Sauce or Llemon Mayonnaise」$85香炸小魷魚配意式蕃茄醬或蛋黃醬,炸漿夠薄,魷魚口感也爽彈,簡簡單單,的確弄得不錯。「Cannelloni di Carne,Filled with Braised Wagyu Beef and Chianti Wine Au Gratin」$138紅酒焗和牛意大利麵卷,意粉內捲著的是經紅酒燴煮過的牛肉碎,蠻有特色,質感我略嫌牛肉鞋口.吃意大利菜會先會吃意粉、飯類作為 first course,所以先來的有「Risotto “Certosino”,Made with Prawns and Extra Fin
