位於尖沙咀麼地道68號帝國中心一樓的 ClubONE The Victoria (會所一號 維港皇宴),主打精緻廣東菜。酒樓的環境頗為優美舒服,走廊的位置頗適合拍照。點了一款晚市推介,有些菜式更是限量供應,頗為受歡迎。紅燒BB鴿來到了,侍應更細心地詢問把乳鴿切開一半還是切成四份,前者吃得更過癮,後者則可以與朋友分享。BB鴿新鮮熱辣,外皮十分香脆,肉質十分嫩滑,味道鹹鹹香香,朋友喜愛啃BB鴿的頭。點了一人一客老火湯,是日為花膠節瓜燉湯,花膠大大片,感覺滋潤養顏,骨膠原充足。燉湯的味道鮮甜,不會過鹹。吃過一口乳鴿後,再飲一口滋潤的老火湯,感覺不錯。湯的份量充足,而且可以用合上小蓋子,保存溫度。蝦醬海山骨來到了,新鮮熱辣,表面微脆,蝦醬味十分濃郁,能吊起豬肉的味道,整體味道鹹香。椰汁紅豆糕的質感不會太硬,彈彈的,椰汁味道濃郁。
