To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日精選中揀了炭燒雞串配雜菜炒飯。雞串：肉質嫩滑，上面的醬汁較稠飯：珍珠米；我覺得其實不是炒飯，比較濕，不過味道甜甜的，好味；撥開面頭的那片菜便會見到飯裡混有少許西蘭花、椰菜花、粟米粒、茄子粒、紅蘿蔔粒等餐湯的味道稍為淡，試了很多匙也嚐不到是甚麼湯，我只試到有丁點兒海產的味道。後來問了侍應才知是龍蝦忌廉湯。
