媽咪生日,屋企成員當然要請媽咪食餐好既,見媽之前經常睇阿爺廚房就帶佢去食下先,揀左行政午市套餐($498/位)。蟹肉金湯煲仔翅,翅同蟹肉一齊食口感好正,湯都好濃味,好好飲。燒味雙併,燒肉皮超脆口,點介辣永遠都係絕配。蝦籽婆參扣柚皮,柚皮煲得好腍,口入即溶,海參口感彈彈下好骨膠原。上湯瑤柱浸時蔬,瑤柱共有8粒,粒粒都好大粒好厚肉。上湯芙蓉遼參白玉,每位加$180,比海參更矜貴,可能有軟刺既關係,食落口感更豐富。紫晶千島汁脆蝦球,好香脆,包括伴碟既葉食落都有d似紫菜口感,千島汁味道調較好惹味。腐竹用上上等材料,食落好滑,湯底帶清淡,可中和返味蕾,作為整餐飯既結尾就最好不過。
