To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢幾日天氣凍左好多,最適宜食返啲熱辣辣既野。最近大家樂推出左兩款煲仔飯: 南瓜排骨煲仔飯和什錦臘味煲仔飯,好幾次去到想試下但未夠一點已經賣晒琴日放上晝12點幾去大家樂食個晏先返公司,終於俾我試到呢個什錦臘味煲仔飯。兩款煲仔飯都跟一碟油菜和一杯中國茶。一打開煲蓋已經見到熱騰騰嘅蒸氣冒出, 臘味份量都算OK,食落去味道幾好。臘腸肥瘦適中,唔會太肥或者太咸。至於煲仔飯嘅重點~飯焦就唔係好夠焦。都有少少飯焦但唔夠大排檔啲煲仔飯飯焦咁燶咁脆。整體黎講都值得一試
