話說我平時都覺得自己食開好多拉麵!如果喺日本有呢種感覺唔出奇,就算喺中環,銅鑼灣有都唔出奇,居然喺筲箕灣既一條小街食到呢隻咁有風味既拉麵,真係令我孤陋寡聞!好啦!入正題,我叫咗一碗名叫邪惡叉燒拉麵,我心諗有幾邪惡呢?!個麵一到我就嘩一聲,點解個師傅會走埋出嚟攪咩丫!原來個麵裏面有舊豬油,所以師傅好用心咁用火槍,先用慢火輕輕燒到舊豬油溶咗一半後再開猛火劇烈咁燒,因為連叉燒都燒到甘香先熄火,所以令到叉燒同湯既香味融會一起!我急不及待,先飲一啖湯,濃而不膩,重有輕輕既肉香味散發出來,再食啖叉燒,點會有肉味又有咬口得嚟,帶有少少肥膏,而入口即溶!簡直非一般既叉燒!個麵有韌度同少少掛湯!舖頭細細好似得對情侶, 兩小無猜喺度打點!都算係用心做好出品既拉麵店!我一定會再去試下其他出品!
